Triphala Churna
Triphala — three fruits, milled clean, classical proportion.
Triphala needs no introduction — three fruits (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki) in classical equal proportion, milled into a single fine powder. It's possibly the single most-used Ayurvedic preparation in Indian households, and there's a reason it's stayed there for centuries.
A spoon with warm water at night. Some prefer it first thing in the morning. There's no single right way — you settle into your own routine.
What's in the pack
Classical Triphala in equal parts: Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki — deseeded fruit pulp, sun-dried, fine-milled. Full composition on pack.
