Gandhi Kofmukta Churna
A traditional Ayurvedic churna for everyday throat comfort.
Throat scratchiness, the dry tickle that arrives with a change in season, the feeling of needing to clear your throat too often — small inconveniences most people have grown up handling with kitchen Ayurveda. Gandhi Kofmukta Churna is built around that tradition: a polyherbal blend of Mulethi, Sitopaladi, Vasa and supporting throat-soothing herbs.
A pinch on the tongue with a teaspoon of honey, two or three times a day. Or stirred into warm water. Many families keep a small jar in the kitchen and bring it out when the seasons turn.

How to use
1 to 3 grams (¼ to ½ teaspoon), 2–3 times a day, with honey or warm water. Or as advised by your Ayurvedic physician.
A few things worth noting
Not recommended for children under 5. If symptoms persist beyond a few days, consult your Ayurvedic physician. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult before starting. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
