How to use
0.5 to 2 grams (a pinch to ¼ teaspoon), once or twice a day with honey, warm milk, or ghee. Vardhamana Pippali Rasayana: under physician guidance only.
A few things worth noting
Those with acid reflux should use cautiously. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult first. Long-term high-dose use can aggravate Pitta — keep within daily limits unless advised otherwise. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
