Harde Churna
Haritaki — the herb classical texts called Mata.
Charaka's classical materia medica calls Haritaki the Mata — mother — among Ayurvedic dravyas, for the universality of its uses. Indian households have kept it for as long as Ayurveda has been written down. Our churna is from authenticated fruits, deseeded and fine-milled.
A spoon at bedtime with warm water — the simplest and most common way to take it.
What's in the pack
100% Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) deseeded fruit pulp powder. Single ingredient.
How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon) at bedtime with warm water. Classical seasonal anupanas vary — consult your Ayurvedic physician for traditional protocol.
