Baval Paida Churna
Babbula — the classical astringent, gum and bark together.
Babbula — known locally as Baval — is one of the most concentrated astringent (Kashaya) dravyas in classical Ayurvedic materia medica. Both the gum and the inner bark are used, and our churna combines both. Used in Indian household tradition for routine oral care, gargles, and external dusting.
What's in the pack
Babbula (Acacia nilotica) gum and inner bark, combined and milled. Single-source preparation.
How to use
1 to 3 grams (¼ to ½ teaspoon), 2–3 times a day with buttermilk, rice water, or warm water. As gargle: ½ teaspoon in 100 ml warm water.
A few things worth noting
Avoid if you have constipation. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult before use. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
