Sudarshan Churna takes its name from the Sanskrit word meaning 'auspicious to behold' — and the formulation has been a household staple in Indian Ayurveda for as long as anyone can remember. Built around Kiratatikta (Chirayata) with over fifty supporting classical dravyas, the taste is unmistakably bitter.

A few things worth noting
Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult before starting. Not for children under 12 unless advised. The bitter taste is characteristic of the formulation. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
