Shatavari sits at the top of classical Ayurveda's reproductive Rasayana category for women, and is significant in male vitality use as well. We use peeled tuber root only — the unpeeled root that's common in cheap retail has more fibre and less of the active saponin-rich tissue.

How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), twice a day with warm milk, ghee, honey, or water.
