Shigru — Moringa, drumstick — is one of those Ayurvedic classical herbs that has achieved global recognition under its English name. The leaf is densely nutritive and has been used in Indian and South Indian household tradition for centuries. Shade-dried below 40°C — most commercial Moringa is sun-dried hot, which loses the heat-sensitive nutrients.

How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), once or twice a day with warm water, honey, milk, or mixed into food.
A few things worth noting
Pregnant women should avoid (Moringa root is contraindicated; leaf use is generally safer but caution warranted). Those with thyroid conditions should moderate use. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
