Punarnava — Sanskrit for 'she who renews' — earns the name through generations of household use as a Mutrala and Shothahara dravya. We use the whole plant, with the red-stem (Raktavarna) variety preferred per Bhavaprakasha specification.

100% Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa, raktavarna preferred) whole-plant powder. Single ingredient.
How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), twice a day with warm water.
A few things worth noting
If you're on diuretic medication or have a kidney condition, coordinate with your physician. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult first. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
