Single-herb Haritaki tablets are surprisingly rare — most market 'Haritaki tablets' are actually Triphala in disguise. Ours is genuinely just Haritaki, compressed into 500 mg tablets. For users who want classical Haritaki anulomana without the gentler Erandbhrashtana processing.
What's in the pack
Each 500 mg tablet contains pure Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit powder, with permitted Ayurvedic excipients. Single-herb formulation.
How to use
1 to 2 tablets at bedtime with warm water. Or as advised by your Ayurvedic physician.
A few things worth noting
Avoid in the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid during active loose motions. Sharper than the Erandbhrashtana variant — those with sensitive digestion may prefer Erandbhrasht Haritaki Tablet instead. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
