Galo Churna
Guduchi — the herb classical texts called Amrita.
Guduchi — locally Galo — earns its classical name Amrita (the nectar of immortality) through reliability rather than hyperbole. Used in Indian Ayurvedic households for seasonal support, routine wellness, and as a Rasayana. We use mature stem, fresh-cut and rapidly dried — the alkaloids degrade fast in slow drying, and most market Guduchi sits too long before processing.
What's in the pack
100% Guduchi / Galo (Tinospora cordifolia) mature stem powder. Single ingredient.
How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), twice a day with warm water, honey, or milk.
A few things worth noting
