Haritaki, gentled by the classical Erandbhrashtana process.
Erandbhrashtana is a classical Ayurvedic processing step — Haritaki fruit roasted with castor oil before being formulated into tablets. The process gentles the herb's stronger qualities while preserving what makes it useful: a daily Ayurvedic support for keeping things moving naturally.
One or two tablets at bedtime, with warm water. The next morning takes care of itself, the way it's supposed to.
What's in the pack
Each 520 mg tablet: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) processed by Erandbhrashtana with Eranda Taila, with permitted Ayurvedic excipients. Full composition on pack.
How to use
1 to 2 tablets at bedtime, with warm water. Or as advised by your Ayurvedic physician.
A few things worth noting
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid during active loose motions. Not for children under 12. If you're on regular medication, consult your physician before starting. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
