Chirayata Churna
Chirayata — the bitterest herb in the cabinet.
Kiratatikta — Chirayata — is famously bitter, and that bitterness is what does the work. The herb anchors classical Sudarshan Churna, and used on its own it has been a staple in Indian Ayurveda for seasonal support and routine wellness. We use authentic Swertia chirata, not the cheaper Indian-plain substitute.
The bitterness needs honey to be tolerable — and that's exactly how classical texts recommend taking it.
What's in the pack
100% Chirayata / Kiratatikta (Swertia chirata) whole-plant powder. Authentic species.
How to use
1 to 3 grams (¼ to ½ teaspoon), twice a day with honey or warm water.
A few things worth noting
Pregnant women should avoid. The bitter taste is intrinsic to the herb. If you feel weak or fatigued, reduce frequency. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
