Bibhitaki / Baheda — the Kapha leg of Triphala, on its own.
Bibhitaki anchors the Kapha-pacifying side of Triphala but holds its own as a single-herb preparation. Indian households have used it on its own for as long as they've used the trio, particularly through colder months. Deseeded fruit pulp, sun-dried, milled fine.
What's in the pack
100% Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) deseeded fruit pulp powder. Single ingredient.
How to use
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), once or twice a day, with honey or warm water. Useful as a gargle base — ½ teaspoon in 100 ml warm water.
A few things worth noting
Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult before starting. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
