Arjuna bark has been called the heart's friend in classical Ayurveda since Ashtanga Hridaya, and the recommended classical preparation is straightforward: a spoon of the powder boiled in equal parts milk and water until only the milk remains. That's Ksheerapaka — and that's how Arjuna has been taken in Indian households for centuries.
We use only the inner bark — the rough outer layer is stripped before drying.

How to use
Classical Ksheerapaka: 1 teaspoon (~5 g) boiled in 200 ml milk + 200 ml water until only the milk remains. Once or twice a day. Or 3–6 g with warm water.
A few things worth noting
If you have a heart condition or are on cardiac medication, please coordinate with your treating physician before starting. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place.
