Aritha — Reetha, Soapnut — is one of the most concentrated natural saponin sources, used in Indian households as a botanical surfactant for centuries before synthetic detergents existed. Used alone for hair, in compound powders, for cleaning delicate textiles. Deseeded fruit pericarp only — the seed is fibrous and dilutes the saponin content.

How to use
External: mix 2 tablespoons with warm water into a paste, apply to wet hair, lather, rinse thoroughly.
