Amalaki — the Indian Gooseberry — is one of those Ayurvedic essentials that almost every Indian household has heard of, even if they haven't kept a jar of it. We make ours the straightforward way: clean fruit, dried slowly, milled fine, packed. No fillers, no flow agents, no added colour.
Most people take half a teaspoon to a teaspoon in the morning, mixed into warm water or stirred into a little honey. Some prefer it with warm milk before bed.

કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગ કરવો
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), once or twice a day, with warm water, honey, or warm milk.
