Cold-pressed white sesame oil — the classical base.
Tila Taila is the foundational Sneha base of classical Ayurveda — the oil that all classical Sneha Kalpana, Murchhana, and Anu Tailas are built on. Cold-pressed from white sesame at temperatures below 35°C — most commercial 'cold-pressed' actually heats to 60°C, which degrades the lignan profile. Suitable for Abhyanga, Gandusha, classical Taila preparation, and high-quality culinary use.

100% cold-pressed white sesame (Tila, Sesamum indicum) seed oil. Single-source pressing. No additions.
How to use
Abhyanga: 25–50 ml warmed slightly, applied externally. Gandusha: 1 tbsp swished in mouth 5–10 minutes. Culinary: as required.
A few things worth noting
Sesame allergy — avoid. Patch test before first external use if you have sensitive skin. Store in dark glass, away from sunlight, in a cool dry place.
