Sarson Taila
Cold-pressed mustard oil — kachi ghani, no shortcuts.
Mustard oil sits in an unusual place in Indian tradition — a classical Ayurvedic Taila and one of the most important culinary oils across North and East India. Ours is kachi ghani — slow-pressed at low temperature, single-source, lightly filtered. The pungency is the way real mustard oil tastes; refined mustard oil has none of it, and none of the classical character.
What's in the pack
100% kachi ghani cold-pressed mustard (Sarshapa, Brassica juncea) seed oil. Single-source. No additions.
How to use
External (massage, scalp care, skin care): apply as required. Culinary: as per traditional cuisine.
A few things worth noting
External: patch test before first use; mustard oil is tikshna and may irritate sensitive skin. Pregnant women should moderate culinary use. Those with strong acidity should moderate. Store in dark glass, cool dry place, away from sunlight.
