Brahmi Churna
Brahmi — pure Bacopa monnieri, whole-plant powder.
Brahmi sits at the top of Charaka's classical list of intellect-promoting herbs, and it's stayed in that position for over two millennia. We use the actual Bacopa monnieri — not the substituted Mandukparni (Centella asiatica), which is a different herb entirely sold under the same name.
A spoon with ghee, or with honey or warm milk. The classical anupana for Brahmi has always been ghee.

કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગ કરવો
3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), once or twice a day with ghee, milk, honey, or water.
