Bhringraj Churna
Bhringraj — whole-plant powder, classically prepared.
Bhringaraj has been called Kesharaja — the king of hair — in classical Indian Ayurveda, but its quieter reputation in Indian households is as a hair-and-liver support herb. We use the whole plant, harvested at flowering when the herb is at its richest, then shade-dried and milled.
Internally with honey or water; externally as a Lepa for the scalp.

કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગ કરવો
Internal: 3 to 6 grams (½ to 1 teaspoon), once or twice a day with honey or water. External: mix with water or oil into a paste for scalp application.
